Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–18 business days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package anytime using the link provided in that email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

A TO Z Suppliers Ltd. is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your item arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the maximum delivery window, please contact us immediately at saniazakir5@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will promptly issue a free replacement or full refund.
